Company History

Oasys Technologies was founded by development engineers who have used their considerable experience in microprocessor, electronics, pneumatic, mechanical and robotic technology to develop special purpose equipment for greater manufacturing efficiency and improved product quality in a variety of industries.

Major international success has led to the development of a range of over 40 machines to produce cards and passports from post printing through the primary card body and passport book production stages providing products ready for personalisation.

Dedicated to using the latest technology, Oasys offers this range which are built to match the needs of modern plastic card production ensuring flexibility, quality of product, maximum yield, ease of use and minimum maintenance.

Oasys provide equipment for the primary card production stages of Tapelaying, Collation, Lamination, Punching, Guillotining and Test equipment.

40 years Heritage

With a wealth of experience, built up over the last thirty years supplying equipment to over 40 countries worldwide and currently exporting over 90% of their products. From their “Card Technology Centre” in the UK Oasys provides a complete technology package of training, information and support for their clients.

A network of approved agents covers the commercial centres across the world providing essential back-up to customers, supported by a first class Oasys service team based in the UK, USA & Asia.

DESIGN

With a heritage dating from  80s Oasys is a pioneer in card production methods and systems. Known for its unique design and innovation ( and pre-eminent in Collation, Lamination and Card Cutting for Credit Card and Smart Card production) Oasys is one of very few machine manufacturers  designing and building machines and systems specifically and exclusively for the Card industry. The knowledge and understanding of Card production technology runs deep at Oasys and the team of Designers continues that tradition.

BUILD

All Oasys machines and systems are made in our Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire  factory facilities– ensuring  full control of all the construction stages providing  and the best in build quality and components available today. The machines maximise yields and output for optimum overall year on year performance – just one reason why customers  return to Oasys for their needs in card body production equipment.

INSTALL

With machine installations in over 80 countries Oasys export over 90% of production – providing  a programme  of training prior to shipment and full installation services on site. Focus  is on ensuring the machines are in production swiftly to  start providing a return in investment.

SERVICE & SUPPORT

A vital part of the package – Oasys provides full service and support from the UK including service engineers and an online support facility as standard for all new machines. There are  Service bases in the US and Asia with Oasys trained engineers to support local markets. Maintenance packages are available to suit individual client needs and to relieve the load on internal maintenance. A full suite of spares and components is available for at least 10 years on each machine or system – Tapelaying, Collation, Lamination or Card Cutting.
