Dust, fibres and surface contamination can affect bonding, lamination and the final appearance of high-quality LED panels. Removing these contaminants immediately before processing is therefore essential for reducing defects, waste and costly rework.

Oasys contact-cleaning machines provide an effective solution for flat panels, sheets and web-fed materials. Using specially engineered elastomer rollers, the system lifts contaminants from the surface before transferring them onto dedicated collection rollers.
