Oasys Technologies has two types of Tapelayers within the standard range, the first of these being the OTL 200 system, which can be supplied for tape application onto overlay as a reel to reel unit, or as a reel to sheet unit or as both reel to reel and reel to sheet, this machine can also be configured to provide accurate monitoring and auditing facilities for holomagnetic tape application. The second version is the OMT 165 Monolayer tapelayer, this unit applies tape directly onto monolayer sheet substrates.

OTL200 SERIES TAPELAYERS FOR MAGNETIC AND HOLOMAGNETIC TAPE

	Tape application in the range 6-12m/min
	Suitable for ‘Visa’ Holomagnetic application
	Available in reel to reel and/or reel to sheet overlay processing
	Individual radial temperature and pressure control for each tape application head
	In-line edge trimming to provide accurate datum position of stripes or optional web guide
	Simple adjustment to alter tape pitch and to accommodate different tape widths

	Wide range of overlay thickness and number of stripe applications for maximum flexibility
	Air chuck tension system for ease of loading and unloading overlay reels.

OMT165

	Provides high speed roll-on and magnetic stripe application in sheet format
	For applications such as surface printed magnetic ‘monolayer’ cards (non laminated)
	Will process a range of thicknesses and card materials including PVC, ABS & HIP
	Speed up to 50,000 cards per hour
