Got your message regarding the PC tooling that you made for CPI. To date CPI has been very happy with the polycarbonate tooling you made for us. CPI believes that the latest tooling that you constructed for us is better then the first and provides very good edge quality. The cards that CPI has done to date have been constructed of 100% polycarbonate with great results. "I thought I’d drop you a quick line to give you my first impressions of our new card punch.

Fantastic!

We had the machine running late yesterday and Stuart has been tweaking it bit by bit during the course of today. Even with a fair amount of stop / start and a bit of operator training, the machine has managed to put through over 50,000 cards today.

There are couple more adjustments Stuart needs to play around with tomorrow and then we will start going through more operator training and maintenance requirements during the rest of the week.

Stuart has been brilliant. A very pleasant guy, willing to go the extra yard and a credit to Oasys.
