Oasys Technologies offer a large selection of precision sheet Punching machines. Starting with the OCP 113 series, this is a competitively priced manual sheet fed punch unit which utilises the key feature of totally automated precise sheet registration in “X”, “Theta” and “Y” dimensions via servo drives linked to print mark detecting sensors, the punched card presentation is made into separate magazine storage devices. Next the OCP 310 series provides a higher level of output via an automated sheet feeding facility, options for an integral guillotine unit and a polycarbonate configuration increase the versatility of this machine. High speed fully automated Punching, together with none standard ISO card punching and integral crease and notch features is more than adequately covered by the OCP 440 or OCP 430P series machines. On the OCP 430P machine options for non-ISO standard size card production are available, together with various card stacking solutions including direct to Magazine, Shuttle Channel or a Shingling conveyor. The Punch range is extended by the OCC110 Card Cutter unit, which converts ISO Card Product to such items as; Keys Tags, Mini Cards and GSM products etc.
