COLLATING EQUIPMENT

Oasys Technologies Limited has 3 methods of collating systems in their range; starting with the basic manual based units, these being the OHC 100 for standard sheet collation and the upgraded specification of the OHC 150 and OHP 200 combination for precision RF Collation. The next method is the OCL500H semi automatic version, and finally the high speed OCL 600 collator range which provides automatic “print to print” collation for single, double and also combined RF inlay core products.

OHC100/OHC150 HAND COLLATORS

OHC150 RF PIN REGISTRATION

	In addition to the datum edge registration, the OHC150 incorporates retractable ‘pins’ which provide a precision location facility to accurately collate OHP200 pre-punched RF inlays and printed core sheets.

OCL600 fully AUTO COLLATOR

	Combines web fed overlay, with pre-printed core sheets to form between three to five layer card sheet sets.
	Unique precision, print to print core alignment eliminates edge to edge registration.
	Completely automates the processes between printing and lamination.
	Handles thin gauge overlay down to 40 microns in thickness
	Retains a high degree of flexibility, with the ability to handle different card formats in one machine.
	Options for contactless “inlay” processing are available – five layer sets.
	Will handle PVC, ABS, PET and PC plastics for the processing of the full range of ISO cards. The “overlay” is handled in twin web format and the core in sheet format.
	Available as single core, two or three station unit.
